HGS Grade Eight

Read your group's assigned article.  Be prepared to take the quiz and make connections to the 5 themes.

Algebra: Questions 9, 10, and 11 on page 103 8th Grade: Questions 13-16 and 18 on page 90

Remember to read 5 nights a week for 30 minutes. The first status of the class for trimester 2 will be taken this Friday (December 1st).

For homework tonight, you have page 87 "Check your Understanding" and questions 11-16. It will be due tomorrow and we will go over it in class.

Algebra: Finish 6-3 practice on page 94. It will be due Tuesday, 11/27/2018. 8th Grade: Finish page 85 in your book. We will be going over it tomorrow at the beginning of class.

Make sure you have all work completed by this Friday - this is when grades close. Many of you still need to finish your Holocaust Essay and your Theme Comparison Paragraph. Make sure you also respond to Holocaust Narrative question 3 by tonight. You Holocaust Narratives need to be finished by Friday.

Complete the reading and questions about the Bubonic Plague

Make sure your initial response to your group's collaborative question is answered. Tonight you need to react to at least one member of your group's response. Finish your Theme Comparison paragraph. Read for 30 minutes.

Make sure you have answered question 2 on your Holocaust Group Google Doc. Read 30 minutes.

Finish section 5.2 Pages 52-53 in text and #1-4 in packet
